2. Purpose
These terms define the rights and obligations of both parties regarding the sale of ipYes Player licenses, whether purchased via our website, the App Store, or Google Play.
3. Sales Process
Customers may purchase a license:

Through in-app purchases on the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Android).
Prices and payment conditions may differ depending on the platform and region. Each store determines its own local pricing, taxes, and billing method.
4. Payment Methods
a. Website Purchases
Website payments are processed securely via authorized payment platforms. You may pay using a credit or debit card. When a transaction is confirmed by the bank, the amount is charged on the next business day.
b. App Store and Google Play Purchases
For purchases made directly in the app:
The payment is processed by Apple Inc. or Google LLC under their respective terms of service.
ipYes Player does not store or handle your payment information.
The customer guarantees having sufficient funds and valid authorization for the chosen payment method.
5. Trial Period
ipYes Player may be offered with a free trial period to allow users to test the app. After this period, you may purchase a license to continue using premium features.
6. Pricing
One-Time Purchase: €4,99 Euro (Lifetime Access)
This is a single, one-time payment that provides unlimited lifetime access to ipYes Player premium features for as long as ipYes Player continues to operate and provide its services.
In-app purchase prices on App Store or Google Play may vary depending on platform fees, regional taxes, or currency exchange rates. All prices are displayed clearly before payment confirmation.
7. Refund Policy
You have the right to cancel a purchase made on our website within 7 days of the transaction without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at support@tvixplayer.com and provide your transaction details.
Once the cancellation is processed, your activation will be removed from our system, and the device will no longer be authorized for use.
Refunds for App Store or Google Play purchases must be requested directly from Apple or Google, as payments are processed by them according to their refund policies.
8. Data Privacy
Personal data collected during payment and activation is used only to process your order. We handle your information confidentially in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can request access or correction of your personal data by contacting support@tvixplayer.com.
